- If your item is in stock, it will ship out the next business day (in most cases). It will ship ORM-D through UPS Ground Service.

We will not share your information with anyone. We do not store your credit card number, Authorize.net handles all of that for us.

- To be eligible to order ammunition from our website you must agree to the following terms and conditions: I agree that I am at least 21 years of age and am not breaking the law in my city, county, or state in anyway by purchasing ammunition online. I understand that 7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to Florida. I agree to use this product in a lawful manner and not hold AmmunitionPlanet.com or any of the participating businesses or individuals involved with the operation of this website liable for any misuse of ammunition or the breaking of any such laws involved with the purchasing of ammunition from this website. - Credit Card & Check Payments
- When placing an order, we will place a temporary authorization on your credit card. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. If paying by check, your check will have to clear our bank before we will ship out your order. We would appreciate it, if on bulk orders, you could pay with a check, to help save us from high credit card transaction rates.
- Backorders / Out of Stock Items
- Because we want your business, we will allow you to place backorders. Authorize.net only allows us to hold your order open for 30 days. After that we do not have the ability to charge your credit card, so your backorder would simply be canceled. But be rest assured that most backorders will be filled within 1-2 weeks.
